A delightful show about Paris in the 1890s, with music and lyrics by Cole Porter, where a dance hall in Montmartre is being threatened with closure by a self-righteous judge who is offended by the scandalous dance being performed at the dance-hall, the ‘Can-Can’.

Cast included: Edmund Hockridge (Aristide), Alfred Marks (Boris), Warren Mitchell (Theophile), Irene Hilda (La Mome), George Gee

Gillian played the part of the dancer, Claudine.
