A sunny seaside spectacular, filled with romance, excitement and high spirits - not to mention a dozen musical numbers.
An original budget of £350,000 grew to £750,000, and inclement weather almost forced shooting in Gran Canaria in January of 1964 to re-locate to Puerto Rico, but the film still went on to become the fifth highest-grossing British film of 1964.
The film was released in the USA as ‘Swingers Paradise’.
