Gillian choreographed and staged the dance sequences on many episodes of The Muppet Show - notable examples of her choreography on the series included Diana Ross' "Love Hangover" and Lola Folana’s "He's the Greatest Dancer".
Other episodes included: Alice Cooper, Rita Moreno, Liberace, Bernadette Peters, Joel Grey, Charles Aznavour, Melissa Manchester, Ben Vereen, Nancy Walker, Leo Sayer, and Petula Clark.
Gillian choreographed the episode starring Rita Moreno that won the Golden Rose of Montreux in 1977 as well as a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performance, and choreographed and staged a special excerpt for the Royal Variety Show at the Palladium.
Jim Henson, legendary puppeteer and creator of the Muppet Show, along with Kermit appeared as special guests on the night Gillian was surprised by Michael Aspel at Her Majesty’s Theatre for ‘This Is Your Life’ in 1989.
